Greetings

Greetings Grand Masters, Masters, Coaches, Referees, Athletes and Parents,

I would like to extend my warmest greetings to all of you who have supported and developed Taekwondo as a world sport. I am pleased to announce that AAU Taekwondo will be hosting a World Class Recognized Poomsae Seminar, on July 4th, 2022 at the MGM Grand Hotel.

Our hope with this seminar is to provide an opportunity for athletes, coaches and school owners to learn and obtain the latest WT standards of Sport Poomsae for both training and competition. This is a technical developmental seminar, which will focus on technical and presentation factors. This seminar is recommended for all athletes from advanced to black belts that are preparing for the AAU Sport Poomsae National Competition the day after July 5th. For coaches and school owners that want to hone their skill and enhance their knowledge base, this is a great seminar for them.

AAU Taekwondo has invited 9th Dan Kukkiwon & 5x World Champion, Grandmaster Hyung Jun Noh from South Korea and his assistant, Ms. Bihan Shin is also a 2X World Champion to help teach this seminar. Grandmaster Noh is an author of “The Taekwondo Basic Technique Movement Training Guide.”

Also, conducting this seminar will be our AAU National Poomsae Coaches:

  • Grandmaster Kwangil Bae, National Head Coach
  • Grandmaster Sang Jae Lee, National Coach
  • Grandmaster Arnold Chung, National Coach
